Don’t be shy it’s socially acceptable now for girls to ask a boy to the prom. Things to think about before asking anyone to the prom are items such as; you should make sure it’s someone that you know pretty well. This is because you will be spending the whole night with this person, you want to make sure it’s someone you can actually talk to, and know about. Do you know if they like to dance, or don’t. Do you have the same friends? Since prom tables are made for groups, and a lot of teens arrange to sit together, you want to make sure that your date can get along with your friends. It’s also very important to invite your date early to give them plenty of time to get a dress or rent a tux.

Flowers- Males you will be responsible for your date’s corsage. It’s important to ask her what color her dress will be so that it matches with her dress. If you are unsure what goes with the color she’s wearing you can never go wrong with Baby’s breath, White roses, Freesia, Carnations. It’s ideal to ask your date if she would rather a pin-on or wrist corsage. Ladies make sure you get your date a boutonniere.
