It’s gala season in LA, and stars are shining brighter than ever as they gather together in support of a good cause. The Art of Elysium organisation’s sixth annual Heaven Gala was held on January 12th, and actors, musicians and public figures flocked to LA’s Second Street traffic tunnel to show their support and raise money.

The Art of Elysium organisation works to bring celebrities into hospitals to meet and spend time with children who are facing life-threatening illnesses. It’s a chance for the rich and famous to show their compassionate side – although it’s safe to say they didn’t get where they are today on inner beauty alone. In true Hollywood style, the gala’s “grey carpet” saw a procession of stars dressed to the nines; let’s take a look at the evening’s “perfect tens”:

Heaven Gala

Kirsten Dunst

The starlet looked striking in a long-sleeved, floor-length checkerboard dress in brown and cream, from Louis Vuitton’s Spring/ Summer 2013 collection. To compliment the boldly patterned dress, Kirsten kept her accessories simple, with minimal jewellery, a pair of Luis Vuitton pumps in dark gold and a tasteful cream clutch bag, also by Luis Vuitton. With her gold hair and creamy complexion, this outfit was an instant winner in the Heaven Gala fashion stakes.

Rachel Bilson

Rachel looked radiant at the Art of Elysium gala, wearing a long-sleeved silk-chiffon Valentino gown. The bright pink leopard print contrasts with the demure, ladylike silhouette; it’s a little bit romantic, a little bit rock ‘n’ roll, and Rachel Bilson’s glowing complexion and dark tresses looked picture-perfect. A dress this gorgeous hardly needs accessories, and Rachel carried a simple Ferragamo clutch with her.

Stacy Keibler

She’s an actress, model, fashion designer, activist, businesswoman and even a former professional wrestler – but it seems Stacy Keibler is never too busy to look her best. The mermaid silhouette is all the rage in Hollywood, and Stacy was perfectly on trend at the Heaven gala in a strapless mermaid gown by Carolina Herrera, with a pale blue bodice and two-tone fawn-coloured skirt. Paired with a tiny clutch bag by Judith Lieber and some elegant earrings by David Webb, Stacy looked utterly sophisticated. She also looked sensational at the Golden Globes this year, appearing on beau George Clooney’s arm in a strapless black mermaid dress by Armani Privé.

Camilla Belle

Camilla was the belle of the ball in a gorgeous organza gown with a graphic print, also by Carolina Herrera. The flowing, tiered skirt and fitted off-the-shoulder bodice on the gown, taken from Herrera’s pre-fall collection, created an elegant silhouette; Camilla completed her Heaven gala ensemble with jewellery by Van Cleef & Arpels, and a Jimmy Choo clutch bag.

These are just a few of the best-dressed stars to make an appearance at the Art of Elysium Heaven Gala – it’s good to see so many beautiful people with big, beautiful hearts as well!
